After this is done, they publish your content to these services and this increases your sites popularity.
Keywords / Key Phrases
Go to adwords keyword tool for generating the best keywords and keyword phrases. To increase sales only use the keywords and phrases that best match the theme of your product or service. Also use the phrases with the lowest competition and the highest hit rate. Be sure not to select keywords and phrases that do not have a large following. These keywords are not searched very often and will substantially reduce your hit rate.
See What is Working
Never ever copy someones work. Only create your own and make it unique to you and your interests. However, it is alright to see what themes seem to be working the best on the internet. See what keyword phrasing seems to work best on similar sites to yours. Remember your objective is to increase "targeted" traffic that will results in increased sales.

I have used both and found both of them to be friendly and useful sites. No matter what site you submit to make sure you follow their terms of use very carefully. They all differ somewhat. Some do not like you to include links within your article text, although most all allow you to include your link at the end of the article in the biographical section.
