Note the keywords that each of the sites use. Make a note of all the common keywords each site uses as these will be the most valuable to you. Now go to the free Google keyword and AdWords tool for keyword suggestions. Enter each of keywords in the box provided and make a note of which keywords and keyword phrases are generated. Now look at the competition level for each keyword or phrase. Select keywords and phrases that have high click frequencies while having relatively low competition. These words will provide you with a good place to start with keywords and keyword phrases. 


Now develop text in your own website that uses these keywords and phrases. Continue refining your content without overuse of these keywords and phrases. Make sure these keywords are used in the right context without overdoing it.


As time passes, monitor your ranking in the search engines to see how you are doing against your competition. Use this technique to constantly refine your keywords which will enhance the quality of your content and provide better rankings by the search engines.
